Terms of Service
Last Updated: 28/4/2026Before you commission me, you must read my ToS. If you decide to order a commission from me, it is assumed that have read and agreed to the following rules and terms below. If found you are breaking any of these rules you may be responsible for consequences in the future.General Terms
1. By commissioning me, you confirm that you are 18 or over and have read the terms of service
2. I retain the right to use any completed commission as examples for my portfolio, promotion, or posting on social media in the future
3. These terms are subject to change. If they change mid-commission, the version that was agreed upon at the time of payment appliesPayment
1. All prices are listed in USD
2. All payments are handled through my currently accepted payment methods. Payment instructions will be provided once a commission has been accepted.
3. Commissions will not be started until payment is receivedRefunds & Cancellations
1. If you need to cancel your commission for any reason before any work has begun, please inform me as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued.2. Once I have begun work on your commission, it is considered “in progress” and cancellations or refunds will no longer be accepted. I will notify you when I begin working on your piece.3. I reserve the right to decline or terminate a commission if I feel uncomfortable with the request, the terms of service have been breached, or if there are payment issuesProcess
1. I will get in contact with you via the provided contact details to confirm all details regarding the commission and organise payment
2. After receiving payment, I will add you to the queue on my Trello and send you a link to it
3. If I haven't received payment within 48 hours (according to aus time), your commission will be cancelled and you will forfeit any commission slot you have claimed (if any)
4. When it is your turn in the queue I will get in contact with you to inform you that I am starting on your commission
5. Once the rough sketch is complete, I will get in contact with you again via the provided contact details to confirm if you'd like any changes done to the piece. You may also let me know if anything is incorrect (markings, patterns, expression, etc.) at this stage
6. If the changes are small I will do them free of charge, however if you would like larger changes at this stage it may incur a slight fee to compensate for the extra time
7. After confirming any and all changes, I will continue with the commission and contact you again when it is completeYCH Commissions
1. YCHs follow the same general process as regular commissions. However, the pose and background are pre-defined and cannot be changed unless otherwise stated.
2. Small character edits are allowed, but major changes to the pose, expression, or composition will not be accepted once work on the commission has begun. This includes the sketching phase.
3. If you have any questions regarding a specific YCH, please check the original post for that piece on my socials first before contacting me, as it may already contain the information you are looking for.
4. Refunds for YCHs follow the same policy as regular commissions. Please refer to the "Refunds & Cancellations" section for more information.Completion Time
1. Depending on where you are in my queue and what is going on in my life at that moment your commission may take longer or shorter to complete. I always aim to do my best!
2. When I am working on your commission, I will aim to get it done within 2-3 weeks from the start date (when it moves to the "In Progress" list on my queue). If I believe it will take longer than this, I will make sure to contact you so you are awarePrivacy & Confidentiality
1. Your personal information and any information related to your commission will be kept private for my records and will not be sharedUsage Rights
1. The completed commission is for personal, non-commercial use only
2. You may not use the completed commission for profit (eg. selling merch, prints, etc) without my explicit permissionCrediting
1. Please credit me as @PalkiWolf when posting the artwork online (Twitter/X, Instagram, Bluesky)
2. You may not claim that you are the original artist of the artwork or remove my signature/watermark
